I hold my hands up I&#8217;m guilty of this too! Well now I have the answer to your emergency sweet treat needs&#8230; this chocolate brownie mug cake!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What&#8217;s so great about this recipe is, it serves one, it&#8217;s incredible indulgent and only 214 calories! The main ingredient in this recipe is Sweet Freedoms choc shot, it provides all the chocolate flavour and sweetness and it&#8217;s made naturally from fruit! If you can&#8217;t get your hand on any then I suggest 4 tsp maple syrup and 1-2 tsp cocoa powder and an extra splash of milk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let me know if you give this tasty dessert a try!
